What are the delivery times?
As the outdoor enclosure is custom-made after validation of your quote, lead times are slightly longer than for a standard order.
Allow an average of 10 days between quote request and delivery, depending on your location.
Here are the steps:
1. Within 48 hours, you will receive an initial estimate after sending your photos and measurements.
2. You will be asked to take more precise measurements if necessary.
3. Custom manufacturing is then launched in our workshop in France (average lead time: 1 to 2 weeks).
What are your turnaround times for returning this custom enclosure?
Our custom enclosures are made to order, according to your preferences (color, size). In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We therefore advise you to carefully check your information before validation to avoid any errors.
