How to request a custom catio or frame
- Submit your request: Fill in our short form with your measurements, preferences and a few photos of the space. This helps us understand your project right from the start.
- Personalised quote: Our team reviews your details and proposes a solution perfectly adapted to your space, needs and constraints.
- Manufacturing: Once approved, we custom-build your cat safety solution. You'll receive a ready-to-install product designed for easy setup – no special tools or drilling required.
Delivery
Custom-made frames and cat fence toppers are shipped via Geodis. Cat safety nets are shipped via La Poste. Please allow an average of 10 working days after order confirmation.
Returns policy
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. As these products are made to your exact specifications (size, colour), they are unique and non-resalable. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.
