Refund policy

We hope you love everything, but if an item doesn't suit you, don't worry: At Felikit, we take our role as cat experts very seriously, and your cat satisfaction is our top priority 😸

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to change your mind.

During this period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, without having to justify your decision or pay any additional fees.

It's very simple: just submit your request using our withdrawal form.

⌛️ After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept refund requests.

Once you have submitted your request, according to Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you have an additional 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal to return your product.

👉 What's eligible: Standard products offered in our store can be returned.

🚫 What's not eligible: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for a refund, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Return conditions:

As stated, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice received).

📦 You are responsible for the return shipping costs (see the "Shipping Returns to Our Warehouse" section).

Please note: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and your credit card or the original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):

  1. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank: there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged.

If you need to replace your item with the same one, please email us at contact@felikit.com with photos.

We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping the return to our warehouse:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
