Below are the most frequently asked questions regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times generally vary between 5 and 7 business days , depending on your location. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your package in real time.
What are your deadlines for returning a product?
NB : The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility (see "General Conditions of Sale" at the bottom of the page).
Within the framework of the right of withdrawal governed by article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code In France, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal , without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
⚠️ Only standard products offered in our store are eligible for returns. However, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
In addition, Article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code specifies that you also have an additional 14 days after notification of your withdrawal to return your product .
Which items are eligible for a refund?
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code , you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund , without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
⚠️ As mentioned above, only standard products offered in our store are eligible for refunds. However, personalized or custom-made products cannot be refunded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code .

Which products cannot be returned?
Customizable products , tailor-made to meet your specific needs, cannot be returned.
Can I exchange an item if the size or color is not right?
Yes, we accept returns due to errors in the choice of model or options and/or on sale or promotional items. These reasons are covered by the 14-day return or exchange guarantee. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted .
Please note ⚠️: this only applies to so-called "standardized" products (non-personalized and non-customized).
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in perfect, unused condition.
